My order showed up packed really well, and nothing was bent or damaged. The box had a small dent on the outside, but everything inside was totally fine. i’d say the packaging did its job and felt like good care was taken

It made the whole online ordering thing feel a lot less stressful, especially since sizing can be hit or miss. I’d definitely order from them again...

I do like some of the stuff they have, but the prices feel a bit too high for what you're actually getting. Once shipping and everything gets added in, the total goes up fast lol. I found similar items for cheaper elsewhere, so idk if I’d order again

I ordered from Red Raider Outfitter i was ridiculously happy that the delivery showed up right on time. The tracking info came through super fast and actually updated properly, which felt like a tiny miracle. The package arrived in great shape too, no dents, drama, or mystery damage. It was a simple order, but the fact that nothing got delayed made me way more excited than I probably should’ve been!

I had a good experience using Red Raider Outfitter. Like, it was just easy to get around, and I found the Texas Tech gear I was looking for without having to click through a bunch of random pages.
Checkout was simple too, and the pages loaded quickly for me. The sizes and product details were clear, which I appreciated. So yeah, no real issues on my end... I’d use the site again.

Needed some Texas Tech gear. Found way more than I expected. Shirts, hats, hoodies, gifts, even home stuff.
Didn’t have to bounce around a bunch of stores. Nice. Sizes and styles were easy to compare too.
Shipping was normal. Everything arrived fine. I’d order again when I need more Red Raiders gear...

Checkout was kind of a mess. The page kept freezing like a dumb brick, and then my discount code just disappeared for no reason. Hopefully the order actually goes through okay, but man, that was annoying.

My order turned out okay in the end, but the communication was weak. I kept having to check on things myself because the updates were basically in “mystery mode” for a while. Would’ve been nice if the “guess what’s happening” department sent clearer info without me needing to chase it down...

I had a really good experience ordering from Red Raider Outfitter. I was kind of unsure about what size to get and probably overthinking it, but the staff helped me figure it out and answered my questions really quickly. Maybe I just caught them on a good day, but it felt like they actually cared and weren’t just trying to rush me through. I’d definitely shop here again.

My custom hat came out really nice. The design looked clean and was exactly what I had in mind. Just from the way everything was handled, I got the feeling they took the details seriously, and it definitely showed in the final result
